March is Women’s History Month—a time for “encouraging the study, observance and celebration of the vital role of women in American history,” according to the Library of Congress. The occasion is a great opportunity to reflect upon the evolution of women in the workforce and, with that in mind, Information Builders will be profiling some of our female leadership in blog posts throughout the month.

With roles ranging from sales management to partner relations to marketing, our participants are well-versed in the challenges and advantages of being a woman working in a historically male-dominated field. We’ll be chatting with them about when they first discovered their passion for tech, takeaways from their first jobs that are still relevant to their current responsibilities, their advice for other women aspiring to work in the industry and more.

Keep an eye out on our blog for the first post in our series in the coming days. And if you’re eager to get a head start celebrating women in technology, check out this profile on four female pioneers from our magazine a few years ago.

To paraphrase Beyoncé, “Who run the [tech] world? Girls!”
