Customers Praise our Self-Service Capabilities in New G2 Report

On the heels of our positioning in the Leader's Quadrant of the G2 BI Platforms Grid℠ we have another honor to share- we've also been ranked as a Leader in G2's Summer 2017 Grid for Self-Service BI! The recognition is based entirely on customer feedback and WebFOCUS reviews, and demonstrates that users from a variety of disciplines and technical backgrounds are tapping our technology for more informed decision-making.

We've seen significant interest in self-service and the G2 report echoes this trend—eight new products appeared on the Grid since the Winter version, underscoring that companies are placing greater emphasis on developing technologies that facilitate data-driven insights. With 97 percent of reviewers reporting our self-service solutions are heading in the right direction, it's clear that customers value our offering and its ability to arm them with the data they need to be most effective.

Eighty-eight percent of users rated WebFOCUS 4 or 5 stars, and customers said they were likely to recommend the platform's self-service capabilities at a rate of 86 percent. Our quality of support was recognized with a satisfaction rating of 91 percent, with ease of use, ability to meet requirements and ease of setup also highly praised by customers.

The G2 report also found that users from a variety of industries are benefitting from our self-service capabilities. Thirteen percent of reviews came from the health care sector, with information technology/services behind an additional 13 percent. Financial services contributed 10 percent, followed by higher education at 8 percent.
